I used xanax for two weeks on and off. I didn't have any anxiety problems or anything, i pretty much just used them to sleep. I took about 1.5mg to 2mg a night to help me sleep. Ok, so as of late I've had really bad insomnia. My sleep schedule as of late has been that I stay up for about a whole day straight, maybe sometimes even two days, and then I sleep for about 8 to 12 hours, and then I repeat. Ok, so. I'm not stressed or anything that causes insomnia that I know of (depression, stress, etc.) But since November 2009 I haven't been able to sleep properly. I FORCE myself to sleep because if I don't I just will not sleep. I've tried Tylenol pm and other sleep aids, but they do nothing for me ... Read More »

My mother has been schizophrenic since I was very young when my dad died. I'm 17 now, and I just can't live my life, for dealing with my moms problems.
